As part of the Sedgefield Cemetery Expansion, Sedgefield Town Council have tasked Paul Heasman Aerial Services to conduct regular surveys of the cemetery using Remotely Piloted Aerial Systems (drone aircraft).

The drone aircraft will be operated by qualified personnel and each survey is expected to last less than 20 minutes.

If you are visiting the cemetery during a survey flight, please be assured that the drone pilot will endeavour to minimise any inconvenience to you. To ensure your safety, a lightweight drone will be used for the survey work and the drone will not intentionally be flown directly overhead of any uninvolved persons. Any individuals photographed during the survey flights will be digitally removed from the imagery before it is presented to us.
