The Independent Examiner has now published his findings regarding The Sedgefield Plan. Following this a very constructive meeting has taken place earlier today (Tuesday 26th July 2016) between members of the Town Council and Mr Stuart Timmiss and Mr Stuart Carter of Durham County Council in order to consider the Examiner’s recommendations. A Special Sedgefield Town Council meeting has been scheduled for Monday 8th August 2016 commencing at 6.30pm in the Council Offices in order that Councillors can consider proposals for the way forward.
